Become a Host Site
Aloha!
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Kupu partnering host site! Kupu, a Hawaii based Non-Profit 501(c)(3), offers job-training for youths and young adults through three main forums: the Hawaii Youth Conservation Corps (HYCC), Hawaii Urban Corps, and Renewable Internships for Sustainable Employment (RISE).
HYCC aims to assist non-profit or government agencies/organizations in the conservation field by providing additional work assistance throughout the year and an opportunity to serve as mentors to future natural resource professionals. Sites should provide members with relevant conservation work and educational experiences in an environment that not only allows them to learn about the area in which they are working, but also inspires them to become future leaders in conservation. Kupu will provide members with a bi-weekly living allowance and/or stipend upon successful completion of their service term.
**Host site fees may apply, for more information please contact 808.735.1221 or email at info@kupuhawaii.org
