Lau Kupu Day - Fall 2025

More than 200 volunteers, donors, and partners rolled up their sleeves at Kākoʻo ʻŌiwi for Kupu’s Lau Kupu Day, getting their hands dirty to restore native wetlands and uplift cultural practices rooted in generations of mālama ʻāina.

The impact was real. Together, they supported Kākoʻo ʻŌiwi’s mission—and lived out Kupu’s vision: to grow the next generation of environmental stewards and cultural leaders.

But the work doesn’t stop after one day. Across Hawaiʻi and the U.S.-affiliated Pacific, Kupu is active year-round—providing youth with life-changing opportunities to care for the land, gain job skills, and lead with purpose.

That’s where you come in.

🌱 Your donation to Kupu’s Annual Campaign ensures we can continue answering the call—from wildfire recovery on Maui, to stewarding sacred sites, to training young people for green careers. Your gift powers real action, real growth, and real hope.

Be a part of something bigger. Help build a more resilient Hawaiʻi—one young leader at a time.
